Turban Fillets

  1. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix shrimp, crabmeat, scallions and cheese and spread on fillets.
  4. Roll fillets into a turban and secure with wooden picks.
  5. Place turbans on end in a well-greased baking dish.
  6. Brush generously with melted butter.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  8. Remove from oven and drain off all liquid.
  9. Top the seafood with your favorite Hollandaise Sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
  10. (Individual dishes work best for this recipe.)
  11. Serves 4.
