Chicken And Broccoli
- 6 chicken breasts (2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- garlic salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- Melt oil and butter in 9 x 13-inch dish at 400u0b0.
- Remove and coat chicken with melted oil and butter and place skin side up. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Bake 30 to 45 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven and drain off juice.
- Place broccoli over the chicken; season with salt.
- Then mix and pour over chicken and broccoli the soup, mushrooms, water, Worcestershire and thyme.
- Place back in oven and cook 30 to 45 minutes more or until done.
- Serve with white rice.
