Buffalo Chip Cookies

  1. Cream oleo and shortening; add brown sugar, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Sift and add the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, pecans, Rice Krispies and coconut. Use 1/4 measured cup per cookie or ice cream scoop.
  3. Put on ungreased cookie sheet, 6 to a sheet.
  4. Cook 15 minutes at 350u0b0. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet.
  5. Makes 30 to 40 cookies.
