Meat Sauce(Spaghetti Sauce)
- 1 c. oil
- 9 cloves garlic
- 3 large onion, diced
- 3 green peppers, chopped (optional)
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 cans tomato paste (12 oz.)
- 3 cans tomato sauce (1 lb. 3 oz.)
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. A. 1. sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
- This recipe is excellent doubled and tripled and frozen in meal-size or recipe size containers (such as: lasagna or any pasta, bean or rice recipe).
