Chinese Pork Roast Tenderloin

  1. Stir together all ingredients, except meat.
  2. Pour over meat and marinate, turning occasionally, for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
  3. Lift meat from marinade and place on a rack in a roasting pan.
  4. Insert meat thermometer into the thickest portion of one of the pieces.
  5. Roast, uncovered, in a 425u0b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until the temperature reaches 170u0b0 on the meat thermometer.
  6. Slice thinly across tenderloin.
  7. Serve with hot mustard, ketchup and toasted sesame seed.
