Savory Italian Chicken Tenders
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into tenders
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- Crack egg whites into small bowl.
- Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into pie dish or onto plate.
- Dip cut tenders into egg white.
- Roll tenders with egg into flour, coating on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in shallow frying pan.
- Place tenders in frying pan, cooking 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Transfer tenders to plate and dump oil out of pan.
- Return tenders to pan and add Italian dressing.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until some of the dressing has carmelized.
- Remove tenders from pan and serve immediately.
