Mother'S Refrigerator Potato Rolls Deluxe

  1. Sprinkle yeast in lukewarm water in large bowl.
  2. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes until thoroughly dissolved.
  3. Stir up and stir in next 4 ingredients.
  4. Add cold water, salt and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
  5. Grease dough with salad oil and cover with waxed paper and tea towel.ttore in refrigerator 24 hours.
  6. Turn out desired amount onto lightly floured board.teturn rest to refrigerator, will keep 2 to 3 days.
  7. Shape as desired (cloverleaf, parkerhouse, etc.) and place in buttered pan.
  8. Brush tops with salad oil and cover with towel.
  9. Let rise in warm place (80u0b0 to 85u0b0) until double in bulk.
  10. Bake at 425u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned and done.
  11. Makes 3 to 5 dozen.
  12. Delicious!
