Beef Marsala

  1. Cut steak into 4-inch pieces.
  2. In small bowl, beat egg with milk.
  3. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
  4. Dip meat in egg mix, then in bread crumb mix.
  5. In large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons margarine.
  6. Cook garlic and all the meat until lightly browned, using 1/2 cup butter in all.
  7. Remove meat from pan.
  8. In cup, mix water and flour.
  9. Melt remaining butter in skillet.
  10. Add water mixture, Marsala wine, parsley and bouillon.
  11. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
  12. Pour over meat.
