Chicken And Noodle Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  3. Cook noodles as directed; drain.
  4. In medium saucepan, melt margarine; blend in flour.
  5. Stir in cream, salt and broth.
  6. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Combine chicken, mushrooms and noodles in casserole.
  8. Pour mixture over casserole.
  9. Sprinkle with bread cubes and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until center is bubbly and top is browned (lightly).
