Casserole For The Crowd
- 1 1/2 lb. ground round or chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. whole kernel corn (undrained)
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles (medium, flat)
- grated Cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
- Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, corn, pimento, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles per package;
- place noodles in large casserole dish and pour mixture over noodles.
- Stir well.
- Sprinkle top with grated cheese and bread crumbs mixed together.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven until cheese melts and casserole begins to brown.
- Time is about 30 to 45 minutes.
