Clam Chowder(From Market-Street Grill)

  1. Combine melted butter and flour in ovenproof container and bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  2. In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients except half and half.
  3. Simmer until potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
  4. Stir butter-flour mixture into chowder and stir until thick.
  5. Mixture will be slightly less thick than cookie dough.
  6. Remove chowder from heat.
  7. Stir in half and half, until blended.
  8. Heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally. Makes 12 servings.
