Peanut Butter Brownie Pie(Microwave)

  1. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Cut peanut butter cups into quarters.
  3. In a medium bowl, melt chocolate pieces and margarine on High, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in sugar, then eggs, one at a time.
  6. Stir in flour and baking powder, then peanut butter cup quarters.
  7. Spread in pie plate.
  8. Sprinkle peanuts in ring 1 inch from edge of plate.
  9. On microwave cooking rack, cook on Medium (50% power) 8 minutes, rotating dish halfway through cooking.
  10. Rotate dish; cook on High 2 to 3 minutes, until toothpick inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
  11. Let stand on countertop covered with wax paper until cool.
  12. Makes 10 servings.
