Hawaiian Chicken

  1. Combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, paprika and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken in flour mixture.
  3. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  4. Put butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and melt.
  5. Put floured chicken in pan, skin side down.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Mix together the pineapple juice, brown sugar, onion, thyme and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  8. Turn chicken when done baking; pour mixture over the chicken.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes; garnish with pineapple slices the last 5 minutes.
  10. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
