• 1 c. flour
• 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
• 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
• 3 c. cold milk
• 1 large chocolate bar, grated
• 1/2 c. butter
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. whipped topping

1. Mix together the flour, butter and pecans until crumb like and press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
2. Bake until golden brown at 350u0b0, for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Cool.
4. Make a mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar and half the whipped topping.
5. Mix well (whip) and spread over cooled crust.
6. For the top layer, mix pudding mixes with milk until smooth and thickened.
7. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
8. Spread remaining whipped topping over top and sprinkle with the grated chocolate bar.
9. Refrigerate until serving.
