Paella A La Caiolla

  1. Cut lobster's claws from the body and cut the body into pieces. Peel raw shrimp.
  2. Clean the clams, mussels and crab's claws.
  3. Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  4. Saute chicken, ham and pork over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Set aside; keep covered.
