Seafood Pasta Sauce

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Pour in wine and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Chop tomatoes.
  4. Add tomatoes and their juices, basil, oregano and parsley.
  5. Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to a simmer.
  6. Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  7. Add seafoods.
  8. Cover and cook until seafood is just firm, about 3 minutes.
  9. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  10. Add pepper to taste.
