Chop Suey Or Chow Mein For 2Lubbock, Texas

  1. Use wok or skillet to heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook meat with garlic until browned.
  3. Add all vegetables and seasonings and 1/2 c. water.
  4. Stir, cover and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in cornstarch mixture and continue stirring until thick and smooth. Cover for 2 minutes and serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
