Party Ham Log

  1. Combine ham, cream cheese, green pepper, onion, pimiento, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in medium bowl.
  2. Mix well to blend.
  3. Spoon mixture onto waxed paper; mold into 2 logs about 3 to 4-inches long.
  4. Wrap and chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
  5. On waxed paper, combine chives with parsley. Roll chilled log in mixture, coating generously.
  6. Arrange on serving plate and serve with crackers and sliced vegetables, if desired.
