Party Ham Log
- 1 c. ground cooked ham
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 c. finely chopped chives
- 3 Tbsp. dried parsley, crumbled
- Combine ham, cream cheese, green pepper, onion, pimiento, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in medium bowl.
- Mix well to blend.
- Spoon mixture onto waxed paper; mold into 2 logs about 3 to 4-inches long.
- Wrap and chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
- On waxed paper, combine chives with parsley. Roll chilled log in mixture, coating generously.
- Arrange on serving plate and serve with crackers and sliced vegetables, if desired.
