Baked Ham Slice

  1. Score fat edge of ham and stud with cloves.
  2. Place in 2 1/2-quart (13 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch) baking dish.
  3. Combine citrus juices, honey and mustard and pour over ham.
  4. Cover and bake.
  5. When ready to serve, transfer ham to serving platter and keep warm.
  6. Pour juice from baking dish into saucepan.
  7. Combine cornstarch and water and stir into juice from ham.
  8. Cook on medium heat until sauce thickens, boils and is clear and glossy.
  9. Add raisins and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
  10. Add orange pieces and serve hot over ham slice.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
