Corned Beef Loaf

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
  2. Heat peas and liquid; add to gelatin.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix eggs, celery, green pepper and onion together and add mayonnaise, milk, salt, vinegar and Tabasco. Then add to peas and gelatin mixture; mix well and add corned beef.
  5. Put into dish or pan lined with waxed paper.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce as main dish.
  8. Serves 8.
