Honeymoon Chicken And Biscuits

  1. Cook onion in 2 tb butter in a skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes. Stir togather broth, sherry or water, 1/4 cup flour and seasonings and add to skillet. Cook 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Pour into lightly grease 2 quart baking dish. Combine remaining 3/4 cup flour, oats and b.powder. Cut in remaind butter until crumbly. Stir in milk, egg white and syrup until moistened. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto chicken mixture. Bake @ 425 about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
