Spinach And Bacon Quiche(Serves 6 To 8)

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Prebake shell.
  3. Cook bacon crisp and drain.
  4. Saute onions slowly in the butter or oleo (I use 2 tablespoons bacon drippings) and onions until almost tender.
  5. Add the minced garlic and continue until the garlic begins to change color.
  6. Strew the grated Swiss cheese (1/4 cup) in bottom of shell. Break up the pieces of bacon and strew over the Swiss cheese. Sprinkle a little grated Swiss over the bacon.
