Banana Nut Tea Bread

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each.
  3. Add vanilla and stir in bananas.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Combine flour, salt and soda and blend into banana mixture 1/2 cup at a time.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Gently fold in sour cream (the magic ingredient that makes it so moist).
  8. Pour mixture into 9x5x3 greased pan.
  9. Bake 1 hour at 350u0b0.tool in pan for 20 minutes before turning onto a rack.
  10. (If you use the mini loaf pans (4), baking time is approximately 35-40 minutes.)
