Mozzarella Tamale

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper in a nonstick skillet or Dutch oven, stirring, until beef crumbles.
  2. Drain and return mixture to skillet.
  3. Stir in chili seasoning and tomatoes. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in cheeses and olives. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
