Old English Cheesy Mac & Tuna
- 8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 5 ounces Kraft Old English cheese spread
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water, drained and flaked or
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) package tuna in water, flaked
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
- Melt margarine or butter is medium size saucepan. Add flour and paprika; cook and stir 1 minute. Add broth and simmer until sauce begins to thicken.
- Add cheese spread. Cook and stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
- Combine tuna with pasta, pour in sauce and stir well. Pour into 2-qt baking dish.
- Place in 350F oven and bake until brown and bubbly.
