Hog-Heaven Chili

  1. Brown beef, sausage, onion and garlic until meat is crumbly. Drain off grease. Place mixture in 8-quart pot. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring often, then simmer for 3 hours. Add more water as moisture cooks down.
  2. Serve topped with grated Cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Serves 12.
