Fat-Free Banana Surprise Muffins

  1. Spray 14 to 16 muffin cups with a nonfat cooking spray.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl combine flour oats, sugar, baking power, baking soda and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl whisk Egg Beaters.
  4. Stir in mashed bananas, milk and corn syrup.
  5. Add flour mixture; stir until blended.
  6. Spoon into muffin cups.
  7. Top each with about 1/2 teaspoon of jam each.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 22 to 24 minutes.
  9. Cool 5 minutes in pan.
