Microwave Italian Chicken And Rice

  1. In a large dish combine chicken, squash, red pepper and salad dressing.
  2. Let it sit for 20 minutes to 4 hours.
  3. Transfer mixture to a colander.
  4. In the dish, combine rice, water, herbs and bouillon.
  5. Place colander with chicken mixture into dish.
  6. Cover and cook on 100% power (High) for 7 to 8 minutes or until chicken and rice are tender, stirring once.
  7. Let stand for 2 minutes.
