Soul O Gratin

  1. Place margarine in 4-cup measure.
  2. Microwave, uncovered, on High 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
  3. Stir in flour, bouillon granules and nutmeg; stir in milk.
  4. Microwave, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until thickened; stir in Cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread broccoli in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches; sprinkle with lemon juice.
  6. If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces; pat dry.
  7. Arrange fish, thickest parts to outside edges, on broccoli; sprinkle with salt.
  8. Spread sauce over fish and broccoli. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 7 to 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
