Quiche Lorraine(Microwave)

  1. Crumble bacon into small pieces.
  2. Reserve 1 teaspoon of bacon and
  3. 1
  4. teaspoon
  5. of
  6. onion slices for topping.
  7. Spread bacon
  8. and onions
  9. evenly
  10. in
  11. bottom of pie shell.
  12. Sprinkle gratedtheese over bacon and onions.
  13. In a 2-cup micro-proof measure, heat milk on High setting for 3 minutes.
  14. Mix mustard in
  15. beaten
  16. eggs. Gradually
  17. add
  18. hot milk as you stir.
  19. Pour carefully
  20. into pie shell.
  21. Sprinkle reserved bacon and onions on
  22. top.
  23. Cook
  24. on
  25. 70 (Roast)
  26. for 12 to 14 minutes or until center
  27. is
  28. barely set. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
