Spoonbread Tamale Pie

  1. Saute meat, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, corn, salt, chili powder and pepper; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in corn meal, blended with the water; simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add olives and turn into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread Topping over meat.
  6. Bake, uncovered, in a 350u0b0 to 375u0b0 oven for 40 minutes.
