Turkey Hawaiian

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients and water.
  2. Beat until smooth. Add turkey and stir well until all pieces are coated.
  3. Drop into hot, shallow fat and brown on all sides; keep warm.
  4. Drain pineapple juice into saucepan.
  5. Blend in cornstarch.
  6. Add butter, pineapple and remaining ingredients.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Add turkey and serve at once.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
