Pork-Spinach Pie

  1. Place frozen pie shell on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in a 400u0b0 oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Reduce oven to 325u0b0.
  5. Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pie shell.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook sausage until brown; drain off fat.
  8. Stir in stuffing mix and spinach; spoon over cheese.
  9. Combine beaten eggs and light cream.
  10. Pour over sausage mixture.
  11. Bake uncovered in a 325u0b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
  12. Let stand 10 minutes.
  13. Serves 6.
