Choco-Chip Meringue Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix by hand until well combined.
  4. Press into a 13 x 9-inch ort

  9. Prepare frosting mix as directed

  11. spread frosting on unbaked fudge base. Keep

  13. 2-inches from pan edge.
  14. (Frosting will spread

  16. Sprinkletecanstnd chocolate chips over frosting. Bake

  19. for
  20. 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick
  21. inserted near
  22. edge
  23. comes out clean. (Choco-chips will not melt.) Yield: 3 dozen bars.
