Quick Bread Gluten Free Pizza Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. grease 12 inch pizza pan.
  3. combine all ingredients except egg, milk and rice flour.
  4. Blend until resembles fine crumbs.
  5. ad egg and milk and form a ball.
  6. place dough on prepared pan and sprinkle with rice flour.
  7. pat down to 1/4 inch thickness.
  8. bake for 10-15 minutes.
  9. add toppings & bake for another 10-15 minutes.

cornstarch, tapioca flour, sugar, xanthan gum, salt, flour, baking powder, onion powder, rosemary, italian seasoning, margarine, egg, soymilk, rice flour
