Fillets In Foil

  1. Heat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Mix margarine and lemon juice and dill weed; reserve.
  3. Place each frozen fillet in center of individual piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil (spray with Pam).
  4. Drizzle each fillet with a scant tablespoon margarine mixture.
  5. Top with 2 slices onion.
  6. Arrange potato and carrot on sides and fill top with beans.
  7. Seal foil tightly.
  8. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until fillets flake easily with fork and vegetables are tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. Makes 2 servings.
