Enchilada Casserole

  1. Take 4 tablespoons shortening and melt in skillet.
  2. Then add chopped onions and 1 pound ground beef.
  3. Cook until meat loses red color.
  4. Then add 36 Dorito corn chips, 1 cup grated cheese, 1 can enchilada sauce, 2 cans tomato sauce and 1 tomato sauce can of water.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoons comino spice.
  6. Pour into baking dish (8 x 12-inch), greased.
  7. Top all ingredients with grated cheese (1 cup) and 1 cup Frito corn chip crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
