Johnny Mozetta(Large Recipe; Feeds About 30 People)

  1. Fry onions, peppers and celery together.
  2. Fry meat and garlic together.
  3. Combine with first items in a large roaster.
  4. Add to preceeding mixture, all sauces, soup, olives and mushrooms.
  5. Let simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Add cooked noodles.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Cover with cheese.
  9. Bake 1 hour or until cheese browns.
  10. Can be made the day before and put into refrigerator.
  11. Uncover and reheat in a slow oven for about 2 hours.
