Gingerbread House

  1. Using a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs and molasses and blend well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
  4. Divide dough into 4 sections and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill at least 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  6. On a very lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8 inch thick.
  7. Transfer cut pieces to an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cookies cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
