Chill-Chaser Chili

  1. Drain and rinse the first 5 ingredients; transfer beans to a large soup pot.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bring to a boil; stir occasionally.
  4. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour.
  5. Spoon into serving bowl and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
