Refrigerated Cheese Spread
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 8 oz. cream cheese (soft), cut into bits
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. drained sauerkraut, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 lb. lean corned beef, chopped fine
- rye crackers
- 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0. In bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sauerkraut, corned beef, onion, ketchup, mustard and Swiss cheese. Transfer dip to medium sized ovenproof casserole, covered. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbles form around the edges. Remove cover and bake 5 more minutes or until it turns golden. Serve warm with crackers.
