Fresh Vegetable Medley

  1. Arrange vegetables on largest round glass platter that will fit microwave.
  2. Place broccoli around edge; arrange cauliflower next to broccoli.
  3. Alternate squash, mushrooms and peppers toward center of dish.
  4. Combine melted butter, garlic salt and pepper and drizzle over vegetables.
  5. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Vegetables should remain crisp, not mushy.
