Chicken Oh So Good
- 1 lb. skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 1 (8 oz.) can golden cream of mushroom soup
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. onion, sliced
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 small green pepper strips
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- Cut chicken in 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- Brown chicken in skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Stir in Butter Buds, soup, water, bouillon cube, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, curry and poppy seed.
- Mix well.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
