Peanut Buster Parfait Cake
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3 c. milk, divided
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. peanuts
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 Hershey chocolate bar, chilled and grated
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, 1/2 cup of the milk, the egg and 3/4 cup of the peanuts; mix at medium speed until well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
- Remove from oven to cool.
