Brewers B B Q Sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 2 Med Onions (Chopped)
- 2 Clove Garlic (Minced)
- 4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 4 Tbsp Mild Ground Chilies
- 2 Bottles of Beer
- 1 c. Tomato Juice
- Pinch of Marjoram
- Pinch of Thyme
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Hungarian Sweet Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add onion and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook 3 more minutes. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Makes about 3 cups.
