Sausage Stew

  1. Heat the oil in a heavy pan and add the onion, garlic, celery, fennel, salt and pepper.
  2. Saute until soft.
  3. Add all other ingredients except for the sausage and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
  4. Add sausage; simmer for another 15 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Serves 6.
