Sausage And Cheddar Quiche

  1. Bake pie shell at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  2. Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
  3. Add mushrooms, onion, green pepper, parsley, basil, garlic and salt; mix well.
  4. Spoon into pie shell.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Combine milk, eggs and cornstarch in bowl; beat until foamy.
  7. Pour evenly over cheese. Bake at 325u0b0 for 50 minutes.
  8. Yield: 6 servings.
