Chicken Crescents

  1. Separate rolls into 4 rectangles.
  2. Seal perforations by pressing together.
  3. Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of margarine.
  4. Add chicken.
  5. Mix, then add green peppers, mushrooms, salt, pepper, milk, parsley and chives.
  6. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto each crescent roll rectangle.
  7. Pull up corners and twist top.
  8. Melt 4 tablespoons of margarine; dip crescents into it and into crushed croutons.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
