Apple Cobbler Just For Two

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; spray 2 5-0z custard cups with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Toss the apple with the cinnamon sugar, divide between the 2 custard cups and sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon water.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal, baking powder, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice.
  4. Cut in the butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the apples and place in preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
