Chicken And Stuffing Bake
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) instant chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
- 1/2 c. chopped carrot (optional)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- paprika
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, add vegetables if desired.
- Combine soup, milk and parsley; set aside.
- In 2 or 3-quart baking dish, arrange stuffing across center of dish.
- Spoon thin layer of soup mixture in casserole on each side of stuffing.
- Arrange chicken over soup mixture.
- Pour remaining mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Uncover, bake 10 minutes more or until chicken is fork-tender.
- Yields 6 servings.
